How it works
You can start by telling me what you’re building and what’s getting in the way. If it looks like a fit, we’ll have a short call to scope the problem properly: what you need, over what time frame, and how involved you want me to be.
From there, engagements usually take one of three shapes: hands-on work embedded with your team, a focused advisory engagement around a specific decision, or training tailored to where your team is.
What to include when you reach out
A few sentences on your current setup, the problem you’re facing, and what a good outcome would look like. Enough for me to tell you honestly whether I’m the right person for it.
